📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and implement HSE programs and policies to ensure compliance with national and international regulations.
• Conduct regular safety inspections and audits to identify and mitigate potential hazards.
• Provide training and guidance to employees on HSE best practices and emergency procedures.
• Monitor and report on environmental impact assessments and sustainability initiatives.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address HSE issues and implement corrective actions.
• Ensure adherence to occupational health and safety standards, including the use of personal protective equipment (PPE).
• Maintain accurate records of HSE incidents, near-misses, and corrective actions.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance HSE performance.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Occupational Health and Safety, Environmental Science, or related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in HSE roles within the mining industry.
• Certification as an Occupational Health and Safety Professional (OHSP) or equivalent.
• Knowledge of Indonesian and international HSE regulations, including ISO 45001 and OHSAS 18001.
• Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
• Experience with HSE software such as SAP, MS Office, and environmental management systems.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
