KOL (Key Opinion Leader) Specialist - Full-Time

PT HiGood Live Jakarta is seeking a dynamic and results-driven KOL (Key Opinion Leader) Specialist to join our marketing team. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying, engaging, and managing collaborations with influential KOLs to amplify our brand’s presence and drive significant growth. As part of our innovative team in Jakarta Barat, you will work closely with our marketing and sales teams to develop and execute strategic campaigns that leverage the power of KOLs.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Identify, research, and engage with potential KOLs to build and maintain a strong network of influencers.
• Develop and implement KOL marketing strategies that align with our brand’s goals and objectives.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to plan and execute KOL campaigns, including content creation, scheduling, and performance tracking.
• Monitor and analyze campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics, SEMrush, and other relevant marketing platforms.
• Manage relationships with KOLs, including contract negotiations, performance reviews, and compensation.
• Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in KOL marketing and digital marketing.
• Create and distribute engaging content that resonates with our target audience.
• Provide regular reports and insights to the marketing team to ensure data-driven decision making.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in KOL marketing or digital marketing.
• Proven track record of successfully managing and growing KOL networks.
• Strong understanding of social media platforms and digital marketing tools.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Familiarity with content management systems like WordPress or similar platforms.
• Certification in digital marketing or relevant industry certifications is a plus.
