As a Beauty Advisor at Mall Artha Gading, you will be the face of our brand, advising customers on the best beauty products to meet their individual needs. You will use our extensive range of beauty and skincare products, including our popular brands such as La Roche-Posay, L'Oreal, and Maybelline. You will also be trained to use our professional beauty tools and equipment, such as our skin analysis devices and our range of professional beauty treatments.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Consult with customers to determine their beauty needs and recommend suitable products and services.
• Upsell and cross-sell beauty products and services to increase sales and revenue.
• Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring that all customers feel valued and satisfied.
• Stock and organize beauty products on the sales floor, ensuring that all products are displayed attractively and are in good condition.
• Assist in the training and development of new Beauty Advisors, sharing your knowledge and expertise.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and developments in the beauty and skincare industry, and apply this knowledge to your work.
• Participate in mall events and promotions, helping to create a positive and engaging shopping experience for customers.
• Comply with all company policies and procedures, and contribute to a positive and supportive work environment.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 2 years of experience in the beauty and skincare industry, preferably in a retail environment.
• Excellent knowledge of beauty and skincare products, including brands such as La Roche-Posay, L'Oreal, and Maybelline.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers and advise them on their beauty needs.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet sales targets.
• Familiarity with using beauty tools and equipment, such as skin analysis devices and professional beauty treatments.
• Ability to work well as part of a team and contribute to a positive and supportive work environment.
• Fluency in both English and Indonesian languages.
• Enthusiasm and passion for the beauty and skincare industry.
