📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Conduct market research and analysis to identify growth opportunities in Indonesia's maritime sector.
• Develop and implement strategies to optimize aquaculture, shipping, and other ocean-based industries.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive sustainable expansion and innovation.
• Leverage data analytics tools such as Tableau and Power BI to monitor and analyze industry performance.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including partnerships and investments.
• Ensure compliance with environmental regulations and industry standards.
• Present findings and recommendations to senior management and stakeholders.
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to drive continuous improvement.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Marine Science, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the maritime or ocean-based industries.
• Strong knowledge of data analytics tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or similar.
• Proven track record of developing and implementing growth strategies.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Familiarity with environmental regulations and industry standards.
• Certification in Project Management (PMP) or a similar credential is a plus.
