📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Key Responsibilities:

• Visit assigned customers regularly to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
• Promote and sell Infomedia Nusantara's products and services effectively.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to drive repeat business.
• Provide exceptional customer service and resolve any issues promptly.
• Collect and analyze customer feedback to improve our products and services.
• Use SAP and Microsoft Office to manage sales data, customer information, and reports.
• Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 2 years of experience in sales or customer service roles in the retail or consumer products sector.
