📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage and optimize procurement processes, including vendor selection, contract negotiations, and order management.
• Oversee vendor performance and ensure compliance with quality standards and delivery timelines.
• Coordinate with logistics teams to ensure timely and efficient delivery of materials and equipment.
• Monitor inventory levels and implement reordering processes to maintain optimal stock levels.
• Develop and maintain procurement and logistics documentation, including purchase orders, invoices, and delivery receipts.
• Conduct regular performance reviews of procurement and logistics processes and identify areas for improvement.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth operations and resolve any issues that may arise.
• Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in procurement and logistics.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in procurement and logistics, with a focus on industrial or manufacturing sectors.
• Proven experience in managing vendor relationships and ensuring compliance with quality standards.
• Strong knowledge of procurement software such as SAP Ariba, Coupa, or similar.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
