As an Integrity Supervisor, you will be responsible for monitoring and enforcing compliance with company policies and regulations, conducting regular audits, and providing guidance to ensure all operations run smoothly. You will work closely with our team of retail and consumer product managers to drive operational efficiency and maintain high standards of quality and service.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Monitor and enforce compliance with company policies and regulations.
Conduct regular audits to ensure operational excellence.
Provide guidance and support to retail and consumer product managers.
Ensure high standards of quality and service in all operations.
Drive operational efficiency and innovation in retail and consumer product operations.
Foster a culture of integrity and compliance within the team.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve company goals.
Maintain accurate records and reports of all operations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in retail or consumer product operations, with a focus on compliance and operational excellence.
Strong knowledge of retail and consumer product regulations and policies.
Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Certification in Retail Management or a related field is a plus.
