With a focus on continuous improvement, you will leverage tools like SAP SuccessFactors and Oracle PeopleSoft to streamline HR processes and drive efficiency.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage the entire employee lifecycle, from recruitment to offboarding, ensuring compliance with local labor laws.
• Work closely with department heads to understand their needs and provide tailored HR solutions.
• Conduct performance appraisals and provide constructive feedback to support employee development.
• Develop and implement HR policies and procedures to ensure a positive and productive work environment.
• Leverage tools like SAP SuccessFactors and Oracle PeopleSoft to streamline HR processes and drive efficiency.
• Conduct training and development programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
• Handle employee relations, including grievances and conflicts, to maintain a harmonious work environment.
• Monitor and analyze HR metrics to identify trends and areas for improvement.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in HR, with a focus on business partnering.
• Certification in HR management or a related field is a plus.
• Strong understanding of local labor laws and regulations.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in using HR software such as SAP SuccessFactors and Oracle PeopleSoft.
