📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage and maintain accurate financial records using SAP or similar accounting software
• Prepare and analyze financial reports, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations
• Assist in budgeting and forecasting processes
• Support payroll processing and ensure timely payment of salaries and benefits
• Maintain and update financial documentation and records
• Provide financial support to other departments as needed
• Participate in team meetings and contribute to the overall financial health of the organization

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in finance and accounting, preferably in a hospitality or service industry
• Proficiency in accounting software such as SAP, QuickBooks, or similar
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work well in a team environment
• Familiarity with Indonesian accounting standards and regulations
• Knowledge of payroll processing and benefits administration is a plus
