📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
- Assist pharmacists in dispensing medications accurately and efficiently
- Manage pharmacy inventory, including stocking, ordering, and reordering supplies
- Provide exceptional customer service to patients and clients
- Ensure compliance with pharmaceutical regulations and hospital policies
- Prepare and maintain patient medication records
- Assist in the preparation and administration of vaccinations
- Participate in staff meetings and training sessions
- Contribute to a positive and productive team environment
🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Diploma or Associate Degree in Pharmacy or related field
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a pharmacy setting
- Strong knowledge of pharmaceutical terminology and regulations
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in using pharmacy management software such as Medispan or similar
- Familiarity with electronic health record systems is a plus
- Ability to lift and carry up to 20 pounds
