📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Design and develop engaging and informative online courses using industry-standard tools such as Articulate Storyline, Adobe Captivate, and Camtasia.
• Collaborate with subject matter experts to ensure course content is accurate, up-to-date, and aligned with industry standards.
• Create multimedia elements such as videos, animations, and interactive quizzes to enhance the learning experience.
• Conduct thorough quality assurance testing to ensure courses are error-free and user-friendly.
• Provide ongoing support and maintenance for existing courses, including updates and revisions.
• Analyze learner feedback and data to continuously improve course quality and effectiveness.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in e-learning design and development.
• Contribute to the development of new and innovative course formats and delivery methods.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Education, Instructional Design, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in e-learning course design and development.
• Proficiency in e-learning authoring tools such as Articulate Storyline, Adobe Captivate, or Camtasia.
• Strong understanding of instructional design principles and best practices.
