Leasing Executive (Malls) - Bali

We are seeking a Leasing Executive to join our team in Bali, where you will play a pivotal role in driving business development and maximizing occupancy for our premium mall properties. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying and securing new tenants, negotiating leases, and ensuring the success of our leasing initiatives. With Private Advertiser, you'll work in one of Indonesia's most vibrant and sought-after destinations, contributing to the growth of our malls in Canggu, Ubud, Denpasar, Jimbaran, Nusa Dua, Kuta, and Badung.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Identify and secure new tenants for our premium mall properties in Bali.
• Negotiate leases and lease renewals to ensure optimal occupancy and revenue.
• Manage tenant relationships and provide exceptional customer service.
• Conduct market research and analyze data to identify trends and opportunities.
• Collaborate with property management teams to ensure smooth operations and tenant satisfaction.
• Utilize CRM systems and property management software to streamline leasing processes.
• Attend industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities to build relationships and stay ahead of market trends.
• Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide regular reports to management.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in retail or commercial leasing, preferably in a high-volume environment.
• Strong knowledge of the retail and commercial real estate landscape in Bali.
• Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
• Proficient in using CRM systems, property management software, and data analytics platforms.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
