📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, from job posting to onboarding, using tools like LinkedIn, JobStreet, and ATS systems.
• Design and deliver training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge, leveraging platforms like Microsoft Teams and Google Workspace.
• Conduct performance appraisals and provide constructive feedback to employees, ensuring they align with company objectives.
• Develop and maintain HR policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with Indonesian labor laws and best practices.
• Analyze employee data to identify trends and areas for improvement, using tools like SAP SuccessFactors and Power BI.
• Coordinate with department heads to address employee concerns and resolve issues promptly.
• Organize team-building activities and events to foster a positive and collaborative work environment.
• Stay updated with the latest HR trends and best practices, and implement relevant strategies to drive employee engagement and retention.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in HR roles, with a focus on talent acquisition and development.
• Certification in HR management or a related field is a plus.
• Proficient in using HR software and tools, such as SAP SuccessFactors, Power BI, and ATS systems.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with employees at all levels.
• Analytical skills to interpret data and provide actionable insights.
• Experience in managing recruitment processes and conducting performance appraisals.
