As an Assistant Head Chef, you'll be at the heart of our kitchen, working closely with the Head Chef to develop and execute our signature Thai menu. Your daily tasks will include menu planning, ingredient sourcing, recipe development, and training kitchen staff. You'll also ensure food safety and quality standards are met, while maintaining a clean and efficient kitchen environment.

• Lead a team of chefs in preparing and cooking authentic Thai cuisine.
• Develop and refine Thai recipes, ensuring they align with our restaurant's standards and customer preferences.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 3 years of experience as a Chef or Assistant Chef in a professional kitchen.
• Proven experience in Thai cuisine, preferably in a high-volume restaurant setting.
• Certification in Food Safety and Hygiene (e.g., ServSafe, HACCP).
• Strong knowledge of kitchen management and staff supervision.
