📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Perform routine maintenance and inspections on machinery and equipment
• Troubleshoot mechanical issues and implement corrective actions
• Develop and implement preventive maintenance schedules
• Monitor machinery performance and identify areas for improvement
• Conduct safety checks and ensure compliance with safety regulations

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 3 years of experience in mechanical maintenance, preferably in the agricultural or industrial sector
• Proficient in using maintenance management software such as SAP PM or similar
• Knowledge of electrical and hydraulic systems is a plus
• Certification in mechanical maintenance (e.g., CMI or similar) is preferred
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
