📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and execute sales and marketing strategies to attract and retain clients seeking overseas employment opportunities.
• Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities in the international employment sector.
• Build and maintain relationships with international employers, recruitment agencies, and job seekers.
• Create and manage social media campaigns to promote overseas employment opportunities.
• Organize and participate in career fairs, webinars, and other events to connect job seekers with potential employers.
• Provide consultative services to clients, helping them navigate the complexities of overseas employment.
• Monitor and analyze sales performance, providing regular reports to the management team.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, International Relations, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in sales, marketing, or international recruitment.
