Maintenance Technician (Frozen Food Industry)

In this role, you will be responsible for the daily maintenance and repair of our production machinery, ensuring minimal downtime and optimal efficiency. You will work closely with our production team to troubleshoot issues, implement preventive maintenance schedules, and perform routine inspections. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Perform routine maintenance and repairs on production equipment, including refrigeration units, freezers, and packaging machinery.
• Troubleshoot and resolve equipment malfunctions to minimize production downtime.
• Conduct preventive maintenance to extend the lifespan of machinery and reduce repair costs.
• Inspect and maintain electrical and mechanical components to ensure safety and compliance with industry standards.
• Collaborate with the production team to identify maintenance needs and prioritize repair tasks.
• Document maintenance activities, including work orders, inspection reports, and repair logs.
• Ensure compliance with safety protocols and regulations in the frozen food industry.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance production efficiency and equipment reliability.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Maintenance Technician in a manufacturing or food processing environment.
• Knowledge of refrigeration and freezing systems, as well as packaging machinery.
• Familiarity with electrical and mechanical systems, including troubleshooting and repair.
• Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, schematics, and blueprints.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Valid certification in refrigeration, HVAC, or a related field is a plus.
• Experience with maintenance management software (e.g., SAP PM, IBM Maximo) is a plus.
• Ability to work shifts, including weekends and holidays, as required.
