📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee daily warehouse operations and ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
• Manage a team of 10-15 staff, providing training and development opportunities.
• Optimize inventory levels using SAP and WMS to minimize costs and maximize efficiency.
• Coordinate with suppliers and delivery partners to ensure timely and accurate product receipt and dispatch.
• Implement and monitor warehouse management best practices to improve operational efficiency.
• Conduct regular audits to ensure inventory accuracy and compliance with company policies.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to resolve operational issues and ensure smooth logistics processes.
• Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide regular reports to management.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in logistics and warehouse operations, with a proven track record in a similar role.
• Certification in Warehouse Management (CWMS) or equivalent is a plus.
• Proven experience in using SAP and WMS for inventory management and logistics operations.
• Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a team.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Familiarity with industry regulations and compliance requirements.
