📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage financial operations, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure financial stability and efficiency.
• Develop and implement financial strategies that align with the company's business objectives.
• Monitor financial performance and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards.
• Prepare and analyze financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
• Provide financial insights and recommendations to senior management.
• Oversee the financial planning and analysis (FP&A) process.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in financial management, preferably in the distribution and logistics industry.
• Strong knowledge of financial software, including SAP, Oracle, or similar.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
• Certifications in financial management or related fields are a plus.
