Bahagia Krisna Kebab is seeking a dynamic and experienced Store Manager to join our team in Nusa Dua, Bali. As a Store Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our store, ensuring customer satisfaction, and driving sales growth. This is a full-time position with a competitive salary and benefits package.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the daily operations of the store, ensuring smooth and efficient service.,Manage and train a team of employees to maintain high standards of service and product quality.,Monitor sales performance and implement strategies to increase revenue.,Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and food handling standards.,Manage inventory and ordering processes to minimize waste and maximize efficiency.,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues to maintain customer satisfaction.,Promote the store and its products to attract and retain customers.,Participate in store improvement initiatives and new product launches.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

At least 3 years of experience in a managerial role in the food service industry.,Proven track record of successfully managing a team and driving sales growth.,Strong knowledge of food safety and health regulations.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with point-of-sale systems and inventory management software.,Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or a related field.,Fluency in Indonesian and English is a plus.
