📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily operations of the outlet to ensure smooth and efficient functioning.,Manage and motivate a team of sales associates to achieve sales targets.,Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract and retain customers.,Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.,Monitor inventory levels and order restocks as needed.,Conduct regular customer satisfaction surveys and address any issues promptly.,Train and develop new team members to enhance their performance.,Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless integration of operations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in retail management, preferably in a similar role.,Strong leadership and team management skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficient in using retail management software and POS systems.,Knowledge of marketing and sales strategies.,Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with Indonesian retail market and consumer behavior.
