📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee and manage all aspects of logistics operations, including inventory management, transportation, and warehouse activities.,Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and transportation providers to ensure timely and efficient delivery of goods.,Monitor and analyze logistics performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.,Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal teams and external partners to ensure smooth operations.,Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and company policies.,Lead and mentor junior logistics staff to ensure high performance and professional development.,Implement and monitor logistics strategies to optimize efficiency and reduce costs.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in logistics coordination or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of logistics software and systems, including ERP and TMS.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficient in Indonesian and English.,Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.,Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
