Manage and oversee the accounting functions of the company,Prepare and review financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements,Ensure accurate and timely recording of financial transactions,Monitor and reconcile bank accounts, credit cards, and other financial accounts,Provide financial analysis and reporting to support decision-making,Assist in the preparation of tax returns and ensure compliance with tax regulations,Collaborate with the finance team to implement accounting policies and procedures,Train and mentor junior accountants🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field,Minimum of 5 years of experience in accounting, with at least 3 years in a senior or managerial role,Strong knowledge of accounting principles, GAAP, and IFRS,Proficiency in accounting software, such as QuickBooks, SAP, or Oracle,Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills,Strong attention to detail and ability to work under pressure,Good communication and interpersonal skills,Familiarity with remote work and collaboration tools🛠️ Keahlian
