📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve monthly and annual sales targets.,Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to understand their needs and preferences.,Provide excellent customer service and support to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.,Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities for sales growth.,Manage inventory levels to ensure optimal stock availability and minimize waste.,Train and mentor junior sales staff to develop their skills and knowledge.,Monitor and report on sales performance to identify areas for improvement.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in retail sales or a similar role.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficient in using sales and inventory management software.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with the retail industry and consumer behavior is a plus.,Fluent in Indonesian, both written and spoken.
