Mart Store Nusantara is looking for a dynamic and experienced Restaurant Manager to join our team in Samarinda. As the Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our restaurant, ensuring high-quality service, and maintaining a positive customer experience. This is a full-time position with the opportunity for growth and development within the company.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the day-to-day operations of the restaurant, including staff scheduling, inventory management, and food and beverage service.,Ensure that all food and beverage items are prepared and served according to company standards and regulations.,Maintain a clean and safe working environment, and ensure that all health and safety regulations are followed.,Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract and retain customers.,Monitor and analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.,Train and develop staff to ensure that they have the skills and knowledge needed to provide excellent customer service.,Ensure that all financial transactions are accurate and that the restaurant is operating within budget.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum 3 years of experience in a restaurant management role.,Proven track record of success in managing a restaurant or similar establishment.,Strong knowledge of food and beverage service, including menu development and cost control.,Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with POS systems and inventory management software.,Ability to analyze sales data and make data-driven decisions.,Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
