We are currently seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Telemarketing Specialist to join our team. This position offers the opportunity to work remotely, providing flexibility and convenience. The selected candidate will be responsible for promoting our products and services, and building strong relationships with potential customers.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Conduct outbound and inbound telemarketing calls to promote PTTP's water treatment products and services.,Build and maintain strong relationships with potential customers and existing clients.,Provide product information, answer customer inquiries, and address customer concerns.,Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets and performance metrics.,Maintain accurate records of all customer interactions and sales activities.,Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to support overall business goals.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and PTTP's product offerings.,Participate in team meetings and training sessions to enhance skills and knowledge.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in telemarketing or a similar sales role.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office and other relevant software.,Familiarity with CRM systems is a plus.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Fluent in Indonesian and English (both spoken and written).
