Resto Bimo Motor is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Operations Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our restaurant, ensuring smooth and efficient service delivery. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in restaurant management and a passion for delivering excellent customer experiences.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the day-to-day operations of the restaurant, including staff scheduling, inventory management, and food preparation.,Ensure the restaurant meets all health and safety regulations and standards.,Develop and implement strategies to improve operational efficiency and reduce costs.,Train and supervise staff to ensure high levels of customer service and product quality.,Monitor and analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for growth.,Manage vendor relationships and negotiate contracts to secure the best prices for ingredients and supplies.,Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless integration and support of overall business objectives.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in restaurant operations management.,Strong knowledge of restaurant operations, including food and beverage service, inventory management, and staff scheduling.,Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.,Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment.,Familiarity with POS systems and other restaurant management software.,Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to make data-driven decisions.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
