📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

• Oversee the day-to-day operations of multiple stores, ensuring they meet or exceed sales targets.
• Provide guidance and support to a team of store managers, helping them to develop their skills and achieve their goals.
• Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive store performance.
• Monitor and analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
• Ensure that all stores are compliant with company policies and procedures.
• Develop and maintain positive relationships with suppliers and other key stakeholders.

• Lead and participate in store audits and quality assurance initiatives.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
