Puskesmas Jaya Cafe & Coffee is looking for a dedicated Procurement Staff to join our team. As a hybrid role, this position offers the flexibility to work both in the office and remotely. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing our procurement processes, ensuring we get the best value for our money, and maintaining strong relationships with our suppliers.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and optimize procurement processes to ensure cost efficiency and quality.,Develop and maintain supplier relationships to ensure timely delivery of goods and services.,Conduct market research to identify new suppliers and negotiate favorable terms.,Monitor inventory levels and place orders to maintain optimal stock.,Ensure compliance with all procurement policies and procedures.,Prepare and analyze procurement reports to provide insights for decision-making.,Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth procurement operations.,Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in procurement.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in procurement or supply chain management.,Strong knowledge of procurement software and systems.,Excellent negotiation and communication skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite.,Familiarity with ERP systems is a plus.,Understanding of Indonesian procurement laws and regulations.
