📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Maintain and troubleshoot IT systems and networks.,Provide technical support to employees and resolve IT issues.,Monitor and manage IT security measures.,Install, configure, and update software and hardware.,Assist in the development and implementation of IT projects.,Ensure data backup and recovery procedures are in place.,Collaborate with other departments to meet IT needs.,Stay updated with the latest IT trends and technologies.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.,Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in IT support or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of IT infrastructure, including networks, servers, and operating systems.,Familiarity with IT security best practices and protocols.,Good problem-solving and communication skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.,Valid SIM card for remote work.
