📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Provide exceptional customer service to clients and tenants.,Assist in the maintenance and upkeep of the properties.,Handle administrative tasks such as scheduling, record-keeping, and communication.,Ensure the safety and security of the properties and residents.,Coordinate with other staff members to ensure efficient operations.,Assist in organizing and participating in property events and activities.,Maintain a clean and organized living environment for residents.,Handle guest requests and inquiries in a professional and courteous manner.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Butler or similar role in the hospitality or real estate industry.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Familiarity with property management software and systems.,Good knowledge of Indonesian language and culture.,Ability to lift and carry heavy objects up to 20 kg.,Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.,Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
