Macquarie Group is seeking a talented and experienced Senior Test Analyst to join our Finance & Tax team in Bali. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, executing, and maintaining test plans and strategies to ensure the quality and reliability of our financial and tax systems. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve issues, and contribute to the continuous improvement of our testing processes.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Design, develop, and execute test plans and strategies for financial and tax systems,Identify, document, and track software defects and issues,Collaborate with development teams to ensure test cases are feasible and effective,Monitor and report on test progress, results, and metrics,Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in software testing,Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior team members,Participate in project planning, estimation, and prioritization activities,Work closely with business stakeholders to understand requirements and ensure test coverage

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field,5+ years of experience as a Test Analyst or similar role in the finance or tax industry,Strong knowledge of financial and tax systems, processes, and regulations,Proficiency in test automation tools and frameworks,Experience with Agile and DevOps methodologies,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills,Ability to work independently and as part of a team,Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
