📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.,Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to understand their needs and provide exceptional service.,Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities for product sales.,Train and mentor junior sales staff to ensure consistent performance and customer satisfaction.,Manage inventory levels to ensure optimal stock availability and minimize waste.,Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support marketing and promotional activities.,Provide regular sales reports and forecasts to management for strategic decision-making.,Achieve and maintain high customer satisfaction ratings through excellent sales and service.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in retail sales or a similar role.,Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Strong organizational and time-management skills.,Proficiency in using sales and inventory management software.,Familiarity with retail industry trends and best practices.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
