📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily operations of the restaurant, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and service quality.,Manage and develop a team of staff, providing training and support to ensure they meet the restaurant's standards.,Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract and retain customers.,Monitor and control inventory levels to ensure cost efficiency and minimize waste.,Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, as well as food safety standards.,Analyze sales data and implement strategies to improve profitability and revenue growth.,Maintain a clean and organized restaurant, ensuring a pleasant dining experience for customers.,Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operations and customer satisfaction.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager or similar role in the food and beverage industry.,Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work well with customers and staff.,Knowledge of food safety and health regulations, as well as food preparation techniques.,Experience with POS systems and inventory management software.,Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.,Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions.,Fluency in English and Indonesian languages.
