Oversee daily operations and ensure smooth workflow,Manage and mentor staff, providing guidance and support,Monitor quality standards and implement improvement initiatives,Coordinate with other departments to meet production targets,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly,Maintain accurate records and reports,Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations,Participate in team meetings and contribute to strategic planning

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 3 years of experience in a supervisory role,Proven track record in managing teams and operations,Strong leadership and communication skills,Familiarity with food safety and quality standards,Ability to work remotely and manage time effectively,Proficiency in Indonesian and English (written and spoken),Valid driver's license (preferred),Willingness to travel occasionally
