📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement talent acquisition strategies to attract and recruit top talent.,Lead and manage the talent acquisition team, providing guidance and support.,Source, screen, and evaluate candidates to ensure a strong pipeline of qualified applicants.,Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and needs.,Conduct interviews and make hiring decisions in alignment with company values and culture.,Build and maintain relationships with recruiters, headhunters, and other talent acquisition partners.,Track and report on recruitment metrics and KPIs to measure the effectiveness of talent acquisition efforts.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,5+ years of experience in talent acquisition, recruitment, or a similar role.,Proven track record of successfully attracting and hiring top talent.,Strong understanding of recruitment processes, tools, and technologies.,Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.,Strong organizational and time management skills.,Familiarity with HRIS and ATS systems is a plus.
