📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and oversee daily accounting operations, including financial reporting and analysis.,Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.,Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations.,Lead and mentor junior accountants and finance team members.,Provide financial advice and recommendations to senior management.,Prepare and present financial reports to stakeholders.,Manage accounts payable and receivable processes.,Oversee the preparation of tax returns and ensure compliance with tax laws.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in accounting, with at least 2 years in a senior or leadership role.,Proficiency in accounting software such as SAP, Oracle, or QuickBooks.,Strong knowledge of Indonesian GAAP and international financial reporting standards (IFRS).,Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Familiarity with budgeting and financial planning processes.
