📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage daily financial operations including accounting, budgeting, and financial reporting.,Prepare and analyze financial statements and reports to support decision-making.,Oversee the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.,Ensure compliance with financial regulations and internal policies.,Manage relationships with external auditors and financial advisors.,Assist in the development and implementation of financial strategies to support business growth.,Monitor cash flow and manage bank reconciliations.,Provide financial guidance and support to department heads and employees.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in a finance or accounting role.,Proficiency in financial software such as QuickBooks, SAP, or Oracle.,Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial regulations.,Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Fluency in English and Indonesian languages.
