Link Port Corporindo is looking for a skilled Operations Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our port facilities, ensuring smooth and efficient operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in operations management and a proven track record of success in a similar role.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the day-to-day operations of the port facilities, ensuring smooth and efficient operations.,Develop and implement operational strategies to improve efficiency and productivity.,Manage and coordinate with various stakeholders, including port authorities, shipping companies, and internal teams.,Monitor and maintain safety and security standards at the port facilities.,Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards.,Conduct regular performance reviews and provide feedback to staff.,Manage and maintain the port's IT systems and infrastructure.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in operations management, preferably in the port or logistics industry.,Strong knowledge of port operations and relevant regulations.,Excellent leadership and communication skills.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office and other relevant software.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Familiarity with IT systems and infrastructure is a plus.
