📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in managing the F&B operations to ensure high standards of service and quality.,Coordinate with the kitchen staff to ensure timely and accurate food preparation and delivery.,Handle customer inquiries and complaints, ensuring a positive dining experience.,Maintain cleanliness and organization in the dining area.,Assist in inventory management and ordering.,Support the F&B manager in implementing and maintaining service standards.,Participate in training and development programs for staff.,Assist in special events and promotions to enhance customer satisfaction.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum 1 year of experience in F&B service or related roles.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.,Good knowledge of food and beverage services.,Familiarity with basic inventory management.,Willingness to learn and adapt to new tasks.,Ability to stand and work for extended periods.,Good time management and organizational skills.
