📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage daily clinic operations, including scheduling, patient records, and inventory.
• Coordinate with dental staff to ensure seamless service delivery.
• Handle administrative tasks such as billing, insurance claims, and patient communications.
• Monitor and maintain clinic compliance with health regulations and standards.
• Assist in clinic marketing and patient recruitment efforts.
• Provide excellent customer service to patients and staff alike.
• Assist in the development and implementation of clinic policies and procedures.
• Participate in staff training and development programs.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum 2-3 years of experience in a healthcare administrative role.
• Proficient in using dental clinic management software such as Dentrix, Dentsply Sirona, or similar.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Familiarity with EMR (Electronic Medical Record) systems is a plus.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
